The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500. The contact stated when exiting out of their garage. The contact attempted to turn on their defroster system on their vehicle, the contact heard a loud clicking noise and the defrosted system would not change for air vent. The contact stated the system just froze where the contact is unable to change the sensor and turn on their defrost their vehicle. The contact inspected the vehicle and saw the defroster accentuator was broken inside in the vents which the contact concern is the caused of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was appromaxtley 109,000.
