I was in a bad wreck on the freeway going freeway speed 60mph I hit a jersey barrier that caused me to roll my truck and not one of my airbags went off this accident happened in September 2018 I shattered my collarbone due to hitting the steering wheel and have had surgery's done and my collarbone will never be the same.

"takata recall" I have attempted to get my airbag replaced and the dealership states that they cannot work on the vehicle because it has aftermarket wiring. The wiring is not attached to the airbag and should have no impact on the ability of a replacement airbag working. The current fix they desire is for me to find a shop of some kind that removes head units and have them remove at my cost, and then have the airbag installed and then have the head unit re-installed at my cost. I purchased the vehicle as is a little over a year ago. I just want my truck to be safe for my family to be in. My current case number with Dodge customer service is 34528836. Please help me get this fixed.

Takata recall. The dealership wants me to sign a waiver if they break my dash, that I am responsible. I called Dodge recall, anf d they say the same thing. Why should I have to pay for their mistakes or poor workmanship? they are trying to discourage people from getting the necessary repairs none to preserve corporate profits. I bought this truck new.

My dashboard is falling apart. There are pieces of plastic everywhere including right in front of the airbag, which would quite literally turn into flying death particles if the airbag ever went off, completely defeating the purpose of the airbag. This really should be a recall isue as it has quite a big impact on safety of the airbag system with brittle plastic shards flying everywhere. This didn't happen all at once, it's happened over the years, and I even keep a dash cover on it since the day I got it. The plastic is just simply poor quality, it's not from sun fading, or anything else.
