The contact owns a 2013 Ford C-max hybrid. The contact stated that the small battery in the vehicle had malfunctioned on several occasions and the vehicle could not be started. The contact indicated that the battery had been replaced by the dealer on at least 5 separate occasions. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 25,000.
