2 Service Brakes problem

Failure Date: 03/27/2026

On the morning of March 27, 2026 I had an unexpected rear driver side break line blowout with out warning or indication of a broken/damaged break line. Luckily the line blew while I was traveling slowly into my work yard. This could have been a life threating failure, I live 13 miles away from the nearest town, which I have to drive everyday to pick up my daughter from school. The road is not only a 2 way road with the speed limit to 55, but at times its extremely curvy and dangerous. Ford should be ashamed that a multi billion dollar company is not willing to fix this and are willing to put families live in jeopardy. I had to get the car towed from my house to big brand tire where the technician confirmed that the break line in fact did burst causing my breaks to fail. Big brand tire charged me $357. 91 and the tow charged me 30 due to how far I had to tow it.

33 Service Brakes problem

Failure Date: 08/20/2025

I’m wanting to report the open recalls on my vehicle. I feel like there has been plenty of time to accommodate for these parts needed for my vehicle. The camera glitched for the first time on me about 6 months ago as I was using it to back up and the glitch caused me to back up into a pole that I didn’t see. I was unable to stop fast enough before I hit the pole as it was glitching. I need these parts from these 2 recalls fixed as soon as possible. Especially if my brakes can go out at any minute. I cannot afford to pay out of pocket for these. Thank you.

34 Service Brakes problem

Failure Date: 08/15/2025

- breaks did not work and caused me to be in an accident. Date of accident 8/15. -called Ford the week prior to accident to ask if there was a recall because my break light came on. She told me there was not and they didn’t have the part in stock to repair it if it was. I told her I would try to add fluid and that seemed to work and the light turned off, unless I used my parking break. So I only parked on flat areas until it was ready to be fixed and didn’t use the parking break, but that time never came. After that, I got into the accident on 8/15 and even reported to my insurance (kemper auto) that my car wouldn’t break even though I was far back enough to break without incident but the car just wouldn’t stop. My right tire is bent and my left tire is popped so now I’m unable to drive it to the dealer if the part comes in.
