The contact owns 2021 Ford Edge. The contact stated while wife was driving the vehicle at 35 mph, a vehicle abruptly stopped in front her which caused her to rear end the vehicle. The airbags did not deploy upon impact. The contact nor the other driver were injured in the accident. A police report was filed. The contact arrived at the scene, tied a strap to the hood of the vehicle and drove the vehicle home. The contact stated that the forward collision avoidance feature failed to operate as needed on the vehicle. The contact was able to drive the vehicle to a dealer where it remained in their possession. The manufacturer had been notified and offered no assistance in relation to the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was 400.
I started my Edge and the airbag light was on,a/c did not work and the seat moved back by itself. Windows would not roll down.
