The contact owns a 2011 Ford Edge. While driving various speeds, a clunking noise was heard coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the passenger side struts failed and needed to be replaced. It was unknown if the vehicle was repaired.
