The contact owns a 2011 Ford Escape. While driving 35 mph, the vehicle stalled and the entire instrumental panel failed. As a result, the contact crashed into the preceding vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained a mild concussion and bruises to the body that did not require medical attention. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 53,000.
