The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the horn could be faulty because it was made out of plastic. The vehicle had been repaired three times however the problem still occurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to reach out to NHTSA hotline for assistance.
