My vehicle was stationary. I was rear ended by a mid size car going at least 55mph. The vehicle did not break before colliding with my vehicle. My air bags did not deploy. Both my drivers seat and my passengers seas broke. The plastic surrounding the base of my seat was dislodged and cracked. The metal structure of the seats also broke. Both my drivers seat and front passengers seat were completely laid back and did not raise after the collision. The seats before the collision were in the upright position. Due to the air bags not deploying my head contacted the steering wheel.

We were rear ended from a stopped position on the highway. . My fianc was driving and suffered whiplash. I was in the front passenger seat and broke my back and separated my pelvis, requiring surgery to stabilize. The front passenger seat is now very squeaky. Concerned there was an issue with the passenger seat or seatbelt not functioning properly, leading to my injuries.

I just got off the freeway on ramp and slowed for traffic. Traffic just started to go so, I just took my foot of the brake and slowly proceeded to move, when out of nowhere I was thrown forward and out of my seat. The violent impact pushed my vehicle into a truck in front of me, that impact caused me to fly backwards and my driver's seat broke. My concern is that the airbags didn't go off and my seat broke causing injury. The seat should have never broke.

On 3/23/13 my husband and I were stopped at a stop sign when a person hit us from behind at about 45 miles per hour, when this happened the front seats broke and fell into a laying position. This gave neither my husband nor me any support for our backs. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and my husband drove there. We found out that I had a herniation above my already fuzed back. My husband was perfectly healthy but after the accident, he has now a cracked vertabrae and 2 herniated disks.
