Turn Signal Switch Problems of Ford Expedition

The multifunction switch is failing when the steering wheel/column is put into a lower position. The left turn signal fails and goes to a rapid pulse unless the steering wheel is in the highest position. : the contact stated while using the turn signals, the turn signal switch malfunctioned. While turning the steering wheel, the turn signal switch disengaged before completing the curve. The turn signal switch permanently malfunctioned and is inoperable. The contact spoke with the dealer verbally on the phone about the problem. The vehicle is scheduled for inspection and repair.

Consumer states that the turn signal, emergency flasher and the brake lights are inoperative. Dealer notified and informed that the turn signal multi-fuction switch needed to be replace. Feel free to provide any further information. Nlm.

Multi-function switch which controls windsheild washers and wipers has failed 5 times in less than 5 years and the result of the failure is the inability to activate the washer system. At any given time, if the windsheild becomes fouled, I do not know if I will be able to clean it or if my vision will be seriously impaired.
