Tl the contact owns a 2017 Ford Explorer. While driving 10 mph, the rear window exploded inward without warning or impact. There were no injuries. The manufacturer stated that they could not assist since there was no recall or warranty on the rear window. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The contact had the vehicle repaired by an independent window installer (safe light) at his expense. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 20,000.
