Windshield Wiper/washer Motor Problems of Ford Explorer - part 2

Windshield wipers malfunctioned, causing the windshield wipers to activate unexpectedly. Also, using the turn signal wipers will activated. During heavy rainstorm, the wiper "high" mode is inoperative which causes poor visibility and may result in a crash. Ford is aware of the problem, and is investigating the problem, but has no remedy for this problem. Ford instructed the dealer not to repair the wipers. Please provide further information.

Windshield wiper motor failed.

Rear wiper motor needed replacement 3 times in under 4 years! the dealers know a problem exists with this part but have no recourse except to replace and charge. There is no way to tell when the part will stop working again! I don't trust the wipers at all anymore.
