I own a Ford f150 and I was hit, and neither air bag deployed. I was hit in the drivers' side front fender side.

While driving about 70 mph another vehicle collided with consumer's vehicle head-on first, but neither frontal air bags deployed.
While crossing a bridge a boat had stalled in the middle of road. Cosumer hit boat at about 35 - 40 mph, airbags didn't deploy.

Brakes: driving approximately 45mph and the car ahead slammed on its brakes. Tried to stop, put pedal completely to the floor and the brakes failed, hit car in front and neither air bags deployed. Brakes and air bags failed, reason is unknown.
