The contact owns a 1997 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving 8 mph, another vehicle crashed into the front passenger's side of the contact's vehicle. Neither the driver's side nor the front passenger's side airbag deployed. The driver of the vehicle sustained unknown injuries. A police report was not filed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 170,000.
Driver's air bag failed to deploy in head-on collision, resulting in broken back.
When driving 30-35 mph, driver crashed head-on into a tree, and there was no deployment of driver's side or passenger's side air bags. Truck was towed to a body shop to be repaired.
Vehicle was in 28 or 29 mph frontal collision and neither driver's nor passenger's side airbags deployed. Passenger was injured. Ford dealer has seen and repaired.
While driving another vehicle came west bound crossed in front of consumers truck causing front end collision, neither driver nor passenger side air bags deployed.
