Coolant Leaking problems of the 1999 Ford F-150

1 Coolant Leaking problem

I never received a recall notice for Ford recall#99b29. My address has not changed since I purchased the vehicle. My f150 has been using coolant and there are no signs of leaks. Now there is a loud engine tick at startup. All my miles are interstate miles, and the vehicle has been properly maintained and babied since purchase. What is Ford going to do about this factory defect??.

2 Coolant Leaking problem

Failure Date: 11/21/2002

This is a svt addison vehicle. Consumer states that there was a manufacturer owners notification for this vehicle engine inter cooler, but the notifcation ended September 2002. Per the notification theirs a defect in the inter cooler that causes coolant to leak into the engine, which results in engine seizing up. Consumer has experience this problem put dealership is refusing to fix as a result of the notifaction being over.

3 Coolant Leaking problem

Failure Date: 11/03/2002

Consumer states that while driving and without warning the head gasket blew causing coolant fluid to leak. Dealer notified ts.
