The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was informed that the vehicle did not require the recall remedy involving transmission and lead frame replacement because no trouble codes were detected. The contact was informed that the transmission would instead be reprogrammed. The contact stated that the failure persisted on multiple occasions. The dealer was contacted again. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 139,000.
