Two problems related to tire bulge have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tire has a bulge in one-half of the tread approximately 16 inches long. I noticed the truck steering out of control and I was able to change the tire before it burst. I still have the tire and it holds air but I intend to replace all my tires within the next week or so. Since it hasn't failed I thought it may be valuable to you for close scrutiny. General grabber aw tires (p235 85 r16) experienced inflating sidewalls, bulging treads, slits, and rips.
