When driving and hitting a bump especially in a turn, the front wheels shutter violently.

I have a 2000 Ford f250 3/4 ton 5. 4 gas 2 wheel drive long bed extended cab pickup. The truck shakes and cups tires badly at highway speed if weight is put onto the right front wheel. I have herd of several indences of the death woble on the f250 but most were 4x4 trucks. I think that this is dangerous. My truck only has 60k miles on it.

3 Suspension problem

While driving at any speed, the consumer notice after braking, the vehicle pulled to the left. Please provide further information.

Failure Date: 12/01/2002

The vehicle would pull to the left or right when the brakes were applied, dealer stated they were aware of the problem, however there was no remedy . Ts.

5 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 11/02/2002

Consumer states the vehicle constantly pulls to the left. Took to deaelr and dealer could not duplicated, after which consumer took vehcle back out on road. As a result consumer loss control of vehicle and landed in a ditch. Please provide any further information. Ts.

6 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 03/22/2001

While driving 65-70 mph and towing a trailer extreme vibration occurred which caused loss of vehicle control, resulting in truck and trailer turning over. The air bags did not deploy during the accident and the trailer was total loss.

7 Suspension problem

Ongoing problem with vehicle wandering across the road while driving at any speed; vehicle been in dealer shop on several occasions, and problem still reoccurring. Feel free to provide any further information concerning this matter.

8 Suspension problem

Consumer purchased a camper top. Suspension is too weak to support this camper, back end sinks down about 3 inches when camper is put on. Which in turn puts front end up. Consumer has a hard time looking over hood of vehicle.

9 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 11/26/1999

When at a stop not able to turn wheels while brakes are applied. Ford company indicated that this was the way vehicle was designed. The design flaw is the cause for steering problem that occurs when brakes are applied. A new wider stance, tie rod angle and the fact that there is more weight in the front end than on the 97 older body style vehicle.

10 Suspension problem

The driver side axle broke. Defective hose clamp and steering failed.
