While towing another vehicle, there was an abnormal vibration popping noise from the rear passenger side tire. The contact observed that the rear tire popped and noticed tread separation on the tire. The tire was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle failure mileage was 134,900 and the tire failure mileage was approximately 5,000.

The two rear tires were beginning to crack as well. He believes that the amount of weight that is placed on the front tires has caused them to separate. He took the tires back to the dealer from where they were purchased, but they were not willing to replace the tires.
