The contact owns a 2003 Ford f250 super duty. While driving 70 mph, the vehicle shut off. The contact lost control of the power steering and brakes. The failure occurs at least forty times per week. The contact stated that he must turn off the vehicle and give it time to restart. He is in the process of taking the vehicle to the dealer for inspection. The manufacturer is aware of the failure, but will not provide compensation since there are no recalls for the issue. The failure mileage was 130,000 and current mileage was 180,000.
