When front tires begin to wear the front end will shimmy badly when you apply brakes or if you hit a dip in the road. This truck has done this many times.
Simply put in physics terms the front end goes into unwanted resonant vibration where the trunk is out of control. This has benn reported to the dealer and Ford customer service. They do not understand what unwanted resonance vibration is. The trunk is out of control and the driver has to use the emergency brake to slow the truck till the vibration goes away at about 30mph.
Whenever brakes are applied front end bounces up and down uncontrollably. This happesn on any type of road surface. Dealership is not able to rectify this problem. Please provide any further information.
Vehicle was wandering, and it was taken to the dealer. Dealer thought it needed an alignment. Vehicle continued to wander . Dealer said it was steering. Realized it was a problem, but had no remedy.

Crewcab dully with severe "cupping" of tires. High speed vibrations. Numerous alignments done with no corrective action. New tires purchased and cupping, vibrations and alignment problems still exist. Ford is not recognizing problem. ( dot number: tire size: lt23585r16 ).

On several occasions, consumer complains that the front end pulls badly to the right, dealer replaced a worn part on the right side and have realigned front end, but problem still exists.
Front end was causing tire to wear excessively to the core. Had taken to dealership & was informed by mechanic the probles was due to the fifth wheel. Had the tire replaced & suspension realigned.
Consumer bought vehicle new. Two days later, she noticed that tire tread was warped. Every 8000 miles she had to replace the tires, and front end had to be realigned. Also, steering was hard to steer.
