Two problems related to front suspension stabilizer bar have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Steering wheel shakes badly at any speed, dealer determined a stabilizer arm needed to be installed.
Front end shimmies, and steering shakes violently when driving over a bump or steering hard to the left, possibly due to missing stablizer bar. Vehicle must come to complete stop to keep control of vehicle. The manufacturer steering stablizer kit was installed and remedied the steering wheel shimmy.
