The engine started to exhibit black smoke and he was able to continue driving home once the vehicle was restarted. The dealer was contacted and they advised him that he would need to replace the motor. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was approximately 110,000.
Driving down the road carefully, spark plug blows right out of the head and truck stalls out. Very close to getting rear ended. Could not be fixed without replacing the head or the engine.
