Side/window Air Bag Problems of Ford F-350

I was just recently involved in a head on collision with a tree when I lost control of my vehicle, which is a new 2016 Ford F-350, on August 24th, 2017. This accident resulted in a total of 5 surgeries in less then 11 days! I have severe trauma & other related injuries that will require more surgeries. The entire front end of my truck was pushed back about 2-3 feet & none of my airbags deployed! neither driver side nor passenger side air bags deployed. . . Let alone any of the side airbags! I've had no luck in dealing with anyone from Ford corporate & would like to know how I can get someone to help me address this issue? I've called everyone I could think of, but have had no luck. I was actually told by Ford customer relations that I needed to read my owners manual to find out why my airbags didn't deploy! can you believe that's what they told me?! true story! I wondered if the situation I'm about to present are grounds for investigation for a safety recall. Both airbags on my 1999 f350 super duty turbo diesel 7. 3l were deployed hitting me on my chest and my 17yr son on his face, impairing the ability to drive till we went to a halt, thank god I was only going 30mph and not too much traffic on either side. Can't imagine what could happen at the freeway at 65mph. Passenger side airbag cover shattered the front windshield. All of this happened when the shaft became loose from the transmission joint, the shaft 12. 9 grade bolts broke in half and the rocking shaft damaged the transmission casing and brackets, deploying the 2 airbags and shattering the front windshield with the passenger side airbag cover,making the vehicle unusable. Ford CO. Assumed no responsibility on this issue at all, not even attempted to investigate or to provide information on how the part broke and why the airbags were deployed in the absence of a crash. This situation will cost me a lot of money, suffering, financial situation and definitely could cause injuries and death. On mechanic malfunction Ford motor company assumes no responsibility, they just informed me there were no safety recalls on that issue.

: the contact stated the left rear tire blew out while driving 65mph. The front driver side airbag immediately deployed, although there was no contact with the sensor. The vehicle was driven to the contact's garage, but has not been inspected. The police were alerted in order to assist with traffic while the tire was being changed. The driver received minor injuries to the arm, but was wearing a seat belt. There was no concern about the safety of the tire because the contact felt the blow out could have been related to a normal road hazard. The primary concern expressed was with the unwarranted deployment of the frontal air bag.

Consumer's vehicle was involved in a head on collision at 55 mph, impacting a heard of cows. One of the cows ended up in the engine. Upon impact, driver's side air bag failed to deploy. No injuries were sustained due to the occupants wearing seat belts.

While traveling at 45 mph another vehicle pulled in front of consumer's vehicle, and it hit vehicle on driver's side. Upon impact, none of airbags deployed.

Vehicle was sitting in traffic and another vehicle was in front, and consumer pulled off on the right shoulder of the road, and the other vehicle tried to make a u-turn, and hit consumer's vehicle broadside. Front end was smashed, and driver side airbag didn't go off . Also, abs brakes didn't kick in at all.
