The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 70,000.
Power steering failure message appeared in message center while driving on a city street, power steering immediately failed. This made steering nearly impossible. Ford now claims that we are responsible for the entire cost of repair. Clearly the replacement part they used was defective.
