The steering rack and pinion went out on my 2011 Ford Flex. The is a recall on Ford Flex 2011-2013 but Ford keeps telling us it is not under warranty!!! we had this replaced and it went out again 4 months later. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by Ford.
