Steering Is Loose Problems of Ford Focus

Steering looses power (no power steering). After a restart or two power steering comes back only to go out again after a little while.

Driving in the fast lane uphill in a mountainous area of freeway approx 65-70 miles per hour. While continuing driving up the uphill grade the roadway sharply curved to the right.
