1 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 08/19/2013

Ford Fusion 2010 has defective engine fuel system/computer identifying the throttle body as the non-functional part causing a safety hazard to self and others. At 60 mph freeway speed the car goes into an instant "low rpm mode", causing complete loss of foot pedal control and rpm immediately reduced to 800. At this point the car is an unguided missile looking to strike something. The power steering is non existent. My car did this on 8-19-2013 with only 12303 miles on it. This has to be an electrical malfunction of the throttle body sensing circuitry being defective. It is only a little more time until this gets someone killed. After stopping with a dead engine, starting again results in very rough idling and no more than 800 rpm, which is incapable of moving the car. Shutoff the ignition, check and have good oil and transmission and cooling levels. Started the car again and it was back to normal, until one block later at a stop light. . . . . . Same thing again. If Ford does not do a recall on this, they will have to spend money on the relatives of the dead people's lawsuits!.

2 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 12/15/2010

The area of the heater / dashboard makes a gurgle or sloshing noise at startup and upon acceleration. There is clearly air in the heating/cooling system that could be damaging internal parts. Ford does not currently have a repair for this issue.

3 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 12/01/2010

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion I bought it brand ew in July 2010, already I have had to replace the radiator it was not covered under the manufac warranty. There is slots in the grill of the car pretty big they told me a rock must of went thru there when I was driving and made the hole in the radiator my insurance had to pay and I paid my 300 deductible . For a couple weeks prior to that I heard a gurgling sound under the dash board. Good thing I went to the dealer the day I did because the heat was blowing cold air. My radiator was bone dry and the noise under the dash was real loud at this point . Well anyway I went to pick the car up and they said it was fixed but I heard the gurggling sound still under the dash {near the glove comp} I dont know what they did{the guy tried to tell me it was normal at first until he geard the noise himself} well anyway he brought it back into the service dept quirk Chevrolet in quincy mass and they fixed the problem. But what I am getting at is I think there is a huge defect in the slats in the grill that it would allow anything in to hurt the radiator I have owned many cars in my life and this has never happened to me before. Also the door handle is falling off already on the drivers] inside] door.
