Recall has not been fixed and it has been over a year. Takata inflators are not working. Last year I got into a front end collision at 25mph and air bags didnt deploy.

Takata inflators. Got a notice for a recall on airbags for my car. There is still no remedy to fix it and they said not to have anyone in front passenger seat. How am I supposed to drive my car with no front passengers. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed ASAP or they can make my car payment or get me a new car that I can drive with my family in.

Takata inflators: we have been trying to get the driver airbag replaced for a year since learning about this recall. Our service department keeps telling us that Ford don't have the parts for the recall.

The letter stated that I would get a call or email telling me when to taky care for repairs I have not heard anything else. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The local dealer star Ford Lincoln located on 1101 s brand blvd, glendale, CA, 91204 scheduled an appointment for the recall repair on the vehicle however upon taking the vehicle in to be repaired they informed the contact that the recall remedy parts were not available. The manufacturer was notified of the issue, and stated that parts were not available where a case continues to be open and close under case number: cas-12412527-z5v3n9 crm: 00720000000517 and cas-12372127-q8l9y3 , along with communication via email and no further additional assistance was offered. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

Takata recall: I received a notice in the mail from Ford; the letter informed me about the recall. I called my local Ford dealer to schedule an appointment to replace the inflator. They said that there was a recall and that there was no replacement parts available. They said I would receive a phone call to set up the appointment to replace it. It has been a year and four months but I still have not received the replacement inflator.

Takata recall - delivery/manufacture still have not replaced passenger airbag inflator issue or provided alternative transportation/solution. Use passenger seat/area daily as commute with wife and 2 children. Live in a high-humidity state (FL) which is at a greater risk.
