Tl- the contact owns a 2015 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the steering was loose and jiggled without warning. The vehicle was taken to the cowles parkway Ford dealer (703-986-5500, located at 13779 noblewood plz, woodbridge, va 22193) where a diagnostic test was recommended. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The failure mileage was 65,002. Fe.
The steering will is loose and there is a significant jiggling up and down/ side to side. This is not a tire or brake issues. The steering wheel is loose and wiggles even when the car is not running and/or in park. The car has ~38k miles and this problem started about a month ago.
