Tl the contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. While driving approximately 25 mph, the contact heard a strange grinding sound coming from the rear driver's side of the vehicle. Also, an abnormal burning odor entered the cabin. The vehicle stalled and the check engine warning indicator illuminated.
