Service engine light on 2016 Ford Fusion ecoboost came on. Diagnostics displayed code p300. I paid to have this fixed 2 times. The light came back on and the car began to overheat while driving on the expressway. Took the car to Ford and they advised it was a coolant leak in the engine. They advised it was a manufacture defect but wouldn't fix the issue because the warranty was up on the vehicle. Upon doing research, this is a known issue.
