general problems of the 2016 Ford Fusion - part 2

2016 Ford Fusion with approximately 7,000 miles. Driving car on highway at approximately 70-80 mph and suddenly airbag light, wrench light and check engine light simultaneously appear on dashboard. The throttle becomes completely non fuctioning and vehicle loses ability to accealerate and starts shaking. Must pull over to turn car off and restart for to resume normal functioning. Happened minimum 6 times in the course of 200 mile trip.

While driving my son's 2016 Fusion on the highway at about 60 mph the check engine light came on and the car seem to loose all power. The car wouldn't accelerate even though I had the gas pedal all the way to the floor. I managed to get to shoulder safely and parked. I tried restarting the car several times with the same results ( check engine light remained on, stepping on the accelerator the car doesn't move and the gas gauge dropped from 3/4 to empty. ) I shut the car off and and contacted Ford towing service because the car had only 6000 miles on it. After an hour and a half waiting I checked the status of the tow and was told the company cancelled and didn't tell Ford so it would be another hour for a new tow. I decided to try the car again and to my surprise the check light was off and the car was operating again. I got off the highway at the first exit and headed for the Ford dealership where my son purchased the car. The car lost power again but this time I let it sit for 20 minutes before restarting the car. It worked with one difference the check engine light remained on. I got to the dealer and they pulled two codes. P2111 and p2112 ( throttle body failure ) I got the impression they were not surprised and replaced the throttle body the next day.

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that within a short period of time owning the vehicle it had gone into a transportation mode while driving down the road which had caused a drastic reduction in speed. It was towed to to more than one dealer (lasco Ford, 2525 owen rd, fenton, mi 48430, (888) 486-1708), (royal oak Ford, 27550 woodward Ave, royal oak, mi 48067, (248) 548-4100) however several failures progressed pertaining to the vehicle stalling and then it was stated by one of the dealers that there was a steering and parking brake failure. A loaner vehicle was provided for a short period of time however the failures had not been corrected yet for the vehicle to be driven. The contact was uncertain if the manufacturer may be able to provide a specific diagnosis to both dealers to ensure that there was a permanent remedy after lasco Ford had replaced the throttle body, motor assembly and a gasket. The vehicle was not repaired yet. The approximate failure mileage was 0. Dyd.

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the entire instrument panel was not functional. There are no warning indicators illuminate during or after the failure. The contact stated that when the vehicle instrument panel was able to function however it's functionality was sporadic and intermittent in its duration. The vehicle vehicle was taken to the dealer where it could not be diagnosed. The vehicle had the instrument cluster was replaced however the problem recurred. The the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 50. Kh.

My friend aron was having an emergency when woke up at 4:00am to come to his help. After waking up with a redbull ,I was then heading to the house at wich aron lives . I was unfortunately an to my surprise . Lost complete control of my 2016 Ford Fusion the steering wheel locked. As did the tires . And to my horrible experience of this car in motion then accelerated to 40 miles an hour . I was completely helpless as to redirect the car in motion to a safe path . I remember the Fusion was airborne after I was off the road hitting a ditch . The Ford flipped upside down. I sustained head injuries and back an as well. My arm was cutt up bad. Im now living with these scars for the rest of my life.
