1 Water Pump problem

Failure Date: 12/08/2023

Coolant level dropping without any visible external leaks. -creating overheating with no visible leak seeing. Which has created to change water pump / change coils due to misfires and loss of engine power. Overheating and constant adding of water/cooolant.

2 Water Pump problem

Failure Date: 12/02/2019

I bought the car new. Several month's ago I heard water sloshing check engine light came on, overheating light along with many others. The car shut off on a very busy highway almost caused me to get from behind. The car was not overheating. Replaced water pump, coil pack, plugs, several sensors. Ddreover again veh shut off samething. Took to shop #1 found coolant in the engine crack block. Now its at Ford dealership diagnosed samee as shop #1. Called Ford they stated nothing they will do. Forrdd expert said several has been reported but no recall yet.

3 Water Pump problem

Failure Date: 06/10/2019

Tl the contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. After leaving the office and walking to the vehicle, the contact heard music playing in the vehicle even though the keys were on her person and the vehicle was still locked. Additionally, on occasion, the air conditioner, lighting, and radio would activate independently with the ignition in the off position and the doors locked. The vehicle was taken to koons Ford of baltimore (located at 6970 security blvd, windsor mill, MD 21244, (410) 298-3800) where it was diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced due to severe battery drainage. Also, the water pump needed to be replaced. The battery and water pump were replaced, and the power train control module was updated; however, the failures recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 69,084. The VIN was not available.
