Thermostat sticks open (cold) while driving. Sudden jumps to normal temperature range followed by drop to cold again. Vehicle has hard time starting when temperature gauge is on cold mark after running for any period of time. Thermostat has been replaced with no improvement. Throttle sticks on acceleration causing engine to bog down and almost choke out followed by sudden burst of acceleration that could lead to accident.

When I am on the highway and I go to accelerate it seems as if the throttle is sticking and then causes the car to jerk after I take my foot of the gas pedal.
