The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while operating the vehicle the engine had experienced misfiring and coolant would rapidly decrease causing the engine to overheat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the engine was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The contact also indicated the backup camera and tire pressure monitoring system was faulty.
