I have had this car for 6 years and the transmission has gone out on top of the purge valve, I have seen many people have the same issues with this model and year of this car. This needs to be adressed. I also see that there is a lawsuit against this issue with the transmission model 6f35.

My front camera is often unavailable. I took it in multiple times and they couldn’t find an issue. Recently my back up camera has been acting up. It is unavailable most of the time, other times the screen is black, sometimes it’ll work and then cut out. There is a recall on other Ford vehicles for this issue. I looked up if it needs a software update and it doesn’t. We’ve checked the camera and wiring harness and they’re both intact and in good condition.
Tire pressure monitor system warning action now issue since 09-22-2024 the tire pressure monitoring system has detected one or more tires are significantly under-inflated. Suggested actions: check the tire pressure to ensure the tires are properly inflated. Warning: the tire pressure monitoring system is not a substitute for manually checking tire pressure. The tire pressure should be checked periodically (at least monthly) using a tire gauge. See inflating your tires in the wheels and tires chapter of your owner's guide. Failure to properly maintain your tire pressure could increase the risk of tire failure, loss of control, vehicle rollover and personal injury.
Upon traveling we noticed a loud engine knocking when the car was at idle. We immediately pulled over and checked the engine. The coolant level was lower than normal and the engine oil level was fine. We immediately returned home and parked the car. While returning home the front camera continued to display an error message that it was not working and would repeat every 30 seconds. After doing research I read that Ford has known about the Fusion ecoboost having a design flaw where coolant leaks into the cylinder heads and can crack the head as well as a flexplate crack that appears. They issued a "fix" for the flexplate to some models and I would like this applied to my car as I feel they knowingly continued to sell this model with the issues without prior warnings or notices.
Transmission is constantly jerking when engine light is on. Driver assist back up reports to return to dealership and the front just doesn't work at all.

On hot days the forward collision will show as unavailable, but there is no notification saying when it will be available again. This is dangerous in that a safety feature on the vehicle is unavailable when it is hot outside and has been sitting in the sun. Outer door panel skins are becoming unattached from the door frame, which could cause an issue if the skin fails elsewhere that it would be totally unattached to the door frame and fall off when driving. The rear package tray trim (carpeted trim piece behind the rear seats covering the speakers) disintegrates when it is touched due to it being exposed to the sun. Discovered when attempting to clean inside of my rear window. This has caused black particulate to be scattered throughout the vehicles interior. They are small enough that you could be breathing them in as the debris has been found all over the dashboard, seats, infotainment console, and trim all around the car. This is a health hazard due to breathing in fabric/carpet particulate that can irritate the lungs. . Read more...
Pedestrian detection system malfunction. Sync 3 system apim unit is going out and needs replacing (only at 58k miles, 10k out of warranty). Passenger front seat heater and climate control failed due to seat heater melting wiring harness.
My transmission is faulty my car is a 2019 Ford Fusion and it has all the same problems as earlier models with recalls that are equipped with the same components as mine my it keeps stalling when I come to a stop which I see numerous complaints of the same thing it there were no warning lights on at the time it occurred I've done research on my own through forums and there are thousands of complaints of the same thing happing to there's there's no way that can be just are luck there has to be something wrong with the way the car is built or made.
While I drive my steering got stuck and stiffed. Hard to turn the wheels. Luckily when I entered my neighborhood stop the vehicle. Then I got the message from Ford pass app saying *electronic power steering control module fault and *collision warning system lost radar signal. If the steering stuck happened in highways while drive possibly life threatening issue.
I was on the highway and a car came in front of me, when I tried to stop the brake was hard and wouldn’t stop! it veered me into the wall and totaled my car. My brakes stiffed up and didn’t stop which cause me to crash.

If the car is parked in directly sunlight and I start the car a "front camera temporarily unavailable" message will appear. It happens more when the outside temperature is warmer.
While driven collision sensor sudenly activated and locked my steeringweel, now vehicle is inoperative due to this issue, dealer is not repairing it while under warranty or not even making a estimate diagnosis.
I have 2019 Ford Fusion with only 6400 miles. Airbag light came on and took the car to dealership and they denied to cover airbag module replacement under warranty. Airbag module was bad and dealership denied to cover because I had small dent damaged on the quarter panel when I bought it. Car drives fine but has airbag light on due to bad module from the manufacture.
My car won't drive forward or backwards I had to turn it off and on again just to move a little until I made it to my location.
Went to store when I got back in car the power steering assist warning light came on then it said service . When I went to drive there was no power steering.

Got in car to start and drive to work. Dashboard lit up with warnings on steering system failure, forward anticollision system failure and antiskid system failure. Vehicle has lost power steering and unable to drive.
When I turn the car on, 3 warnings appear on the dash: "front camera malfunction", "pre-collision assist no available", "lane keeping malfunction check". These features seem to work when I'm driving, but when I took the car into Ford, they told me the image processing module needs to be replaced.

This has been a constant since I purchased vehicle in may 2020. If the car is parked in directly sunlight and I return to the car after a "front camera temporarily unavailable" message will appear. The system works fine I have tested it very cautiously. It happens more when the outside temperature is 90 - 100 degrees. Living in California that means it happens more frequently than I like. Took it in to be checked in 2020 and was told to avoid parking in direct sunlight and that until enough complaints are filed nothing can be done. I took it in for an oil change today (09/24/2022 - 29,800 miles) with dealer and brought it up to service writer who told me he thinks the camera is faulty and may need to be replaced which is different from what I was told before. Glad there hasn't been any major incidents but having that message come up makes me second guess trusting it. And I think its ridiculous that I have to consider parking in shade in my still brand new vehicle. Hoping more complaints come in before I'm stuck with the bill to fix/replace which is what I believe Ford is hoping will happen. The first picture I will include is the first time this happened in July 2020 and 4k miles and the most recent this month.
