Flicker effect! this needs action now; the operating frequency on some vehicles did not consider human factors. The operating frequency needs to be above 3000 hertz, this needs a recall to correct this on all vehicles that do not conform. The choice of flicker fusion threshold operating frequency is going to get someone killed or maybe it already has!
what is needed: recall all delenators, road side signs, signal lights and vehicles that use pwm "pulse width modulation". And are operating below 3000 hertz!! set a standard for this!!!.
