Two problems related to air conditioner have been reported for the 1999 Ford Ranger. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving with air conditioner on, engine surges. Consumer has contacted dealer. Consumer has contacted four dealers, they are unable to rectify problems. (problems since vehicle was new).
