The seats for the front driver and passenger are not ergonomically correct. The push the passengers head and neck forward into an unnatural posotion. This happens at the with the headrest fully up, down, forward or as far back in position as it can be mived. I am currently experiencing neck pain. I have no issue with lower lumbar support. I have spoken with many I dividuals in social media that have the same issue with this car and the 2014 Buick SUV.

Stationary, new vehicle possibly inappropriately equipped. A vehicle with a 2nd row bench seat providing seating for 3 with a center occupant seat belt but without head restraint (and no provision for head restraint). I cannot seem to determine if such a configuration does or does not comply with federal regulations. I cannot determine, therefore, whether I am or am not legally allowed to carry a passenger in the middle (inboard) seat.
