Two problems related to other fuel system tank filling/charging have been reported for the 2007 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Check engine light appeared after filling gas tank and fuel gauge was inoperative. Subsequent low fuel warning. Code indicates fuel sensor issue.
My 2007 GMC Envoy gas gauge started reading innacurately one day as I was filling the gas tank. . . It went up as it was filling to about 3/4 of a tank and then went straight down to e and the tank was completely full. It "bounced around over the next 2-3 weeks and finally quit working all together. The low fuel indicator is always on as it registers e all the time now. I have ran out of gas a few times. I am a nurse who is on call and cannot be left stranded. My husband had a brain injury and I am now the sole provider in the home and I cannot afford the part and labor. . . . I am very disappointed. . . Needs to be recalled!!!!!!!.
