The contact owns a 2002 GMC 1500. The contact heard a loud grinding noise when the brake pedal was depressed. He noticed that the front brakes were rusted very badly. The rear brakes were rusted as well, but not as badly as the front brakes. The dealer stated that there were no recalls; therefore, they could not assume liability for the failure.
