First issue with the vehicle was a separation of the dash near and around the passenger side airbag. Unknown at this time if the airbag has been compromised. I won't know until the vehicle would be involved in an accident. The second issue involves the vehicle while in park. I am able to push the vehicle and it will actually move forward. There is also a very hard shift while the vehicle is in motion. This occurs usually between 2k and 3 k rpms. The vehicle will actually jerk as it is trying to shift.

While driving on 77 south in charlotte getting on the brookshire freeway. Going with the flow of traffic. It was a left merge and the side air bags went off. There was no debris in the road and nothing was hit.
I was pulling into a parking spot on Monday night and just brushed the curb with the front passenger tire. After I came to a stop, the side airbags deployed. The service stabilitrak light comes on and off as well as all other dash lights flickering as the radio turned off and the power steering goes out.
We had begun to cross an intersection and, while our speed was from a dead stop, the other driver blew through a red light and hit us at what was probably the speed limit of 40mph. Her car struck us in the right front passenger side and again on the rear passenger side. We, myself who was driving, and my wife, who was the passenger on the side hit, were both thrown hard to the right at impact, causing injuries to us both, most notably, my wife. She hit her head very hard on either the passenger door frame or the passenger window. No airbags deployed. No side airbags, no front airbags. No air bags deployed!.
