1. Driving on well lighted interstate at 8:30 pm going 60 mph when right rear tire sidewall blewout ripping 360 degrees around outer edge of sidewall. Was able to pull off safely and change tire.
The rear passenger side tire blew out while traveling, the consumer wants all firestone tires on the vehicle to be replaced at the manufacturer's cost (wilderness le p265/70r16 iiis).

Tire blew out @35mph-vehicle purchased 7/6/00. Gm says not going to replace tires. Wildnerness le tires aren't in the recall. Want all firestone tires off my vehicle!!! I do not feel safe driving on any firestone tire. (dot number: 1155ms tiresize: p265/70r16).
Consumer has 2000, GMC Yukon with original equipment, wilderness le tires with approximate mileage 300. Traveling at 65mph in cold conditions passenger's rear tire blewout. No damages or injuries. Tire size p265/r1670 and dot# unknown. Tire was replaced at dealer with no problem.
