The contact owns a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. The srs light turned on with an odometer reading of 46,000 miles on March 29 2007. The vehicle was purchased with 41,000 miles as a salvaged vehicle, and repaired for road use in June 2006. The srs remained illuminated. In a minor front end collision the airbags didn't deploy. Honda stated that they will not diagnose the failure since it was a salvaged vehicle. This was one of three vehicles that the contact owned with a similar problem. The current mileage was 46100.

- the contact called in for his client, states that the client was driving her 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid on 10/12/06. The driver was sitting at a stop sign and a semi truck hit the client's vehicle. The attorney states that the truck hit the client's vehicle at 40-50 mph. The impact cause dthe client to hit another vehicle which caused a 5 vehicle crash. Was treated by the emergency crew on site of the accident. The vehicle sustained $10,000. 00 worth of damage. Consumer having the vehicle repaired. There was a police report.
