The contact owns a 2019 Honda Fit. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 mph, the vehicle lost motive power and failed to accelerate above 5 mph before the vehicle stalled. The vehicle failed to restart and was later towed to the local dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the battery had failed and needed to be replaced. The battery was replaced along with the fuel pump which was included in the NHTSA campaign number: 23v858000 (fuel system, gasoline). The contact stated that the vehicle had experienced the failure listed in the recall. The failure mileage was 40,000.

The contact owns a 2019 Honda Fit. The contact stated upon pressing the start button, the vehicle would take 5-10 seconds to start. The contact stated that the vehicle alarm would engage inadvertently. The contact also stated that battery of the vehicle appeared to be physically damaged. Additionally, the contact stated that the tpms warning light illuminated though none of the tires were deflated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that no issues were found. However, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 22,000.
