The contact owns a 2009 Honda Fit equipped with a webasto hollandia tvs 900. The vehicle was included in the recall associated with NHTSA campaign id number 11v028000 (visibility:sun roof assembly). The manufacturer was notified and the contact was informed that the parts necessary to remedy the failure were unavailable. The contact had continuously been speaking with the manufacturer for approximately seven months, but was unable to receive the parts necessary to remedy the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
