Windshield Wiper/washer Problems of Honda FIT

The contact owns a 2009 Honda Fit. While driving approximately 40 mph in rainy weather conditions, the contact engaged the windshield wipers; however, the drivers side wiper would not function. The contact owns a 2007 Honda Fit. The passenger side windshield wiper skips across the windshield. The water that remains reduces the contacts visibility while driving. The dealer adjusted the windshield wipers, but the failure persists. The powertrain was unknown. The failure mileage was 4,000 and current mileage was 12,000.
