Failure Date: 10/01/2023

I received a recall requesting that, for safety reasons, I leave my car out of my garage and away from structures that can catch fire. I did so until recently when we began to experience winter weather. I am 89 years old and parking my car outside my garage, in my driveway which gets snow and ice, is a safety concern for me. Hyundai corporate has not replied to three emails. I would like to get a rental car that I can park in my garage until Hyundai has fixed the recall. This should not be at my expense. Please advise. According to the recall letter that was mailed to me in October of 2023, it says "important safety recall- owners are advised to park their vehicles outside and away from structures until the recall remedy is completed. " it says that the anti lock brake system could leak brake fluid internally and cause an electrical short over time. This could lead to an engine compartment fire while parked or driving. As of today, April 6, 2024 there is no remedy for this recall. I have called the Hyundai dealer many times and asked for a solution. 54 Service Brakes problem of the 2014 Hyundai Azera

Failure Date: 09/01/2023

Received recalled letter in mail for car almost 9 months ago. Hyundai has yet to issue fix. 9 months to fix a potential life threatening issue is ridiculous. To top things off we are told to continue driving the car even though it will eventually explode into a fireball of a mess after enough brake fluid leaks into electrical components. We have a 9 month old baby and the Hyundai Azera is considered our “family car”. Fix this ASAP! you’re putting families in danger. Either fix or supply families with a loaner car. Additionally, the advice from the car company is to leave car outside to avoid your house catching on fire. We are told to keep cars outside knowing these specific cars are theft liabilities.

59 Service Brakes problem of the 2009 Hyundai Azera

Failure Date: 05/17/2020

Good afternoon, my name is quiana. I purchased my 2009 Hyundai Azera limited edition in 2019 used with 98385 miles after I had the car for 9mths the car stopped running and the company I purchased the car from uses a repair company called silver rock which maintained the car I was told a belt popped after receiving the car back 2 days later the engine blow. They replaced the engine and from there the check engine light stayed on the diagnostics check stated the O2 sensor needed attention repaired that light went off for a week after a week the check engine light returned had it checked again and the O2 sensor showed up again so I had someone else change them again light went off 2 days later the check engine light appeared again but with abs on esc off tpms on had another diagnostics completed and it still shows O2 senors and abs failure and to constantly replace the issue and it's not working properly afterward has a little upset. Now I saw that Hyundai has a recall on my 2009 Hyundai Azera for the abs and the interior light which has stopped as well from my understanding but when I called to get help I was told my car is not a part of that recall which is confusing because I am very much having problems with those systems and from what I've read in the manual multiple chain reactions occur with an abs stops. My car is now not allowing my keyfob to work, the drunk switch on the door and inside the clove box has stopped, and the release for the back seats is not responding I was never given a master key so I can't access the trunk, and the system will unlock the driver door but none of the others there is an issue where the main power box under the hood is not responding to fuse 3,4,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24 and the same issue is happening to my fuse connection on the inside of the car and when you turn the engine everything is in reverse meaning: door usually lock now the unlock, the ac comes on, the radio comes on, the back window curtain moves. This is unfair to m.
