Transmission Shudder Problems of Hyundai Genesis

Username - stephen moreno location (I. E. City, state) - jacksonville, FL engine/trans/trim - 2014 ultimate manual 3. 8 gdi mileage - 32k to what degree is the problem? - everytime I first drive the car the transmission has a grind sound from 2nd to 3rd gear. There is nothing smooth about it. Also when I put it on 1st gear while parked, there is a heavy clunk on the back of the car.

Manual transmission grinds when shifting, sometimes the gear doesn't want to go in and you have to force it. . Car has had this issue since the first week I purchased it. Car has 15,000 miles.

Transmission grinding/syncro issues, 2nd, 3rd, 5th gear grind, gear lockout, gear rejection(intermittent daily occurrence with no pattern), can causing loos of control of the vehicle, inability to safely accelerate etc. Tech drove the car for 10miles and couldn't replicate, would not perform any more tests. While driving my 2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe 3. 8l track model, I experience severe problems with the transmission. When shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear whenever the temperature is below 30 degrees fahrenheit the transmission grinds going into gear. Hyundai USA had a TSB about it, and the transmission fluid was changed under warranty. A week later the problem is still occurring. Hyundai has not been helpful in fixing the problem whatsoever since. When it is very cold, the transmission will not allow me to shift into second gear at all, it'll grind and make noise and block me from shifting. When this happened, I had to quickly depress the clutch and let the car roll back down to a stop. There was a lot of traffic this day and I was almost involved in a collision because of this problem. When approaching highway speeds and shifting into 5th gear, the transmission grinds again. This is usually around 50mph and at around 2600-3000rpms. I have to force the shifter into the 5th gear slot. Should the transmission block me from shifting into 5th, as it does sometimes from 1st-2nd gear, this will certainly result in an accident. Again, Hyundai motor USA is not being helpful at resolving this issue. Since the transmission fluid change, Hyundai will not approve any other warranty related work.
